Clark's Place
Downtown Steamboat Springs
2 BEDROOMS / 1 BATHROOM / 4 GUESTS

Built by Jeff Clark in 1891, this historic house is separate from the ranch and located in the heart of downtown Steamboat just steps from the Yampa River and Core Trail. One of the oldest residential homes in town, where classic charm meets unbeatable downtown convenience. Just three blocks from the Farmers Market, one block to the bus stop with routes to the ski area, and a quarter mile to Howelsen Hill and the extensive trail network of Emerald Mountain, perfect for skiing, hiking, biking, or taking in the alpine scenery.

The Space

Inside this lovingly preserved house, discover a home that blends historic roots with modern touches. You will find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed, modern kitchen, dining area, TV room, mud room with a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a steam shower. The home is situated on a large private corner lot providing plenty of free parking.

Other Things to Note

Unlike the ranch properties, our downtown home is dog friendly and welcomes one well-behaved dog per stay. If you plan to bring your pup, please include them in your reservation, as a nonrefundable pet fee applies.
